the opportunity to achieve to their maximum potential. We accept the responsibility to help

As a Pacesetter School, we are in the top five percent of all schools that have reached the final recognition point, and met the dropout and novice reduction requirement of CATS. We hold the distinction of being 1 of 63 schools in Kentucky to become a Pace Setter School in 2006.  Ruth Moyer is very proud of having achieved a Academic Index of 102, 102, and 106 the past three years! Ruth Moyer Elementary School also met the Adequate Yearly Progress for the federal No Child Left Behind Act.
